1. User Information Collection

If you leak your password, you may lose your personal identification information and have adverse consequences for the information in your account. Therefore, regardless of any reason that endangers the security of your account, you should contact us immediately through the contact method reserved by our company and take appropriate measures.
1.3 Once you have successfully registered, you can use a set of accounts and passwords to use the data analysis tools and DataCaciques ERP (Note: Data analysis tools and DataCaciques ERP are two completely different products that require separate purchase fees, please make a distinction). New registered users can get a 30-day free trial of the tool's corresponding functionality.
1.4 If you are interested in purchasing the functions and services of your company's corresponding products, you can complete the purchase and payment through a third-party payment platform after registration or free trial. Data analysis tool, after successful payment, you can get the payment service corresponding to the purchase package. If you use data analysis tools, you will need to authorize your eBay account. The company will count the data in your eBay account for you to view, and provide the appropriate data analysis, data reports, and real-time data display. DataCaciques ERP is now officially charged. The company can charge you specific fees according to specific fee standards. No paid features can be used. If you use DataCaciques ERP, you need to authorize the account of the corresponding platform. The company will count the product information data in your account of the corresponding platform and provide services such as publishing, modifying and image storage.
2. Disclosure and Use of User Information
2.1 The Company will use the information collected by the Company through the software, plug-ins or other tools provided to you to provide you with more in-depth user behavior analysis and to show you the data collected to help you better analyze user behavior and improve product quality.
2.2 The Company will not provide, sell, rent, share and trade user's personal information to any unrelated third party. However, in order to facilitate your use of the Company's services, the Company will make a comprehensive statistical analysis of your identity and/or your company's transaction data. The Company will not disclose any personal identities that may be used to identify users, but the information analyzed from the user's user name or other disclosable information is not subject to this restriction.

5. Your use of the analysis results of this software
5.1 You hereby unconditionally agree that during your use of the software, plug-ins or other tools provided by the Company, the information under this Privacy Statement and the analysis results of such information shall be owned by the Company in conjunction with you. Notwithstanding the above agreement, it is your right to use the information collected by the Company and the results of the analysis of such information. The Company is not responsible for the results of the analysis of such information and information used or disposed of by you.
